I imported the demo but got image and CSS errors even though I didn’t see any error warnings.
Hello, @Dracotoco,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
1/ Please Check System Requirements:
Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:
https://paste.pics/SOGEQ
We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2
For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.
After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.
2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache & Optimizer plugins), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.
Please follow our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-installation/
3/ Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version.
Do not import a few versions altogether, it will create a mess.
We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team

Hello, @Dracotoco,
Thank you for your response.
We have reviewed your website, and it appears to be functioning correctly in Elementor editor mode. However, the issue persists on the website’s front end.
This seems to be related to a caching issue. We kindly recommend contacting your hosting service provider to:
1. Disable the CDN (Content Delivery Network).
2. Completely flush the server cache for your website.
Once this is done, please clear your browser cache and check the website again.
If the changes are displaying correctly in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is highly likely a caching issue. Typically, any updates reflected in the Customizer should also appear on the front end once the cache is cleared.
We trust these steps will help resolve the issue. However, if you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team

@Tony Rodriguez
I have contacted the hosting provider to clear the Litespeed webserver cache.

However, the above error still seems to be unresolved.
