IMPORT DEMO – Media not installed – requirements meet

I just installed the theme and when I import the demo “Minimal fashion 2” I get the message: media not installed.

I just checked the requirements of my server and it meets them all (attached below)

in the Configuration installer I selected only the “media” option but I still get the same error, please help me.

WordPress version: 6.3.1
Memory limit: 512M
Max execution time: 180
Max input vars: 10000
Upload max filesize: 512M

OpenSSL version: 1.1.1

Hello, @Alan_ruiz,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

The Media import was not installed. It doesn’t work for manual import also.

This problem comes from the server side. Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase Max execution time, then go to import and select to import Media only – https://gyazo.com/fc5e45e83c009dd334efe31d3b934d83 If this doesn’t help. Ask your hosting provider to check the server error log, and solve errors from there.

I was talking to the server side: could you tell me the size of the theme? Maybe that’s the problem because all the other requirements are met.

1) We would like to inform you that the size of our theme Xstore (9.1.14) is 9.34mb. However, the issue you are currently experiencing is not related to the size of the theme.

2) We recommend executing the import on a new WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.

Could you kindly inform us whether you plan to use WPBakery or Elementor? Also, please provide the URL of the demo site you wish to import. We are prepared to assist you with the demo import based on your preference.
