Hi team,
After importing the theme “Minimal Electronics” and modifying some custom options in the theme settings or modifying the site with elementor, the changes do not show up or very late appeared(must use new browser invisible mode) in the frontend of the site, I try to use other demos and the problem does not occur, only the theme “Minimal Electronics”, I tried resetting the wordpress, but still can not solve the problem!
Hello, @Cheese Chewy Hat,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
It seems to be cache issue on your end, Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
In the event that you are utilizing a cache plugin and CDN, we recommend temporarily disabling them. Afterward please check again your site on fresh new browser.
If you can see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is functioning correctly in the Customizer, it should also be functioning on the front end.
We trust that this will resolve the issue you are experiencing.
We hope this information is helpful. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
