    Hi,

I tried uploading demo content multiple times… but I see the same error:

    pages not installed 🙁

    posts not installed 🙁

    products not installed 🙁

    static-blocks not installed 🙁

    contact-forms not installed 🙁

    mailchimp not installed 🙁

    media not installed 🙁

    menu not installed 🙁

My server meets all the requirements but still I face the same issue again and again.

    Hello,

What demo version do you want to import? WPBakery or Elementor?
Provide URL of the site and temporary wp-admin access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    Regards

I tried importing both the versions….

For WPBakery – it was successfully installed but the pages are not visible.. you may check the product pages.

And when I try to import the demo content of Elementor version, I face the above mentioned errors such as “pages not installed”.

I was trying to import the demo content for “marseille03”.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Yes, it worked! 🙂

Both the page builders are active…. can I disable elementor ??

The navbar menu lines in mobile and ipad devices (on the header top left corner) is not showing (the color is in white.. I tried changing it to black but it isn’t working)

    Thanks for the help 🙂

    Hello,

Marseille03 is Elementor version, so you can’t disable it. But you can disable the WPBakery page builder.

Checked the mobile version and don’t see problem with the mobile menu https://prnt.sc/wdm2tm Watch the video tutorial on how to edit header using header builder https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG
