Import failed - by xgiovio - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    When importing demo content i receive a lot of import errors.
    I am on dedicated machine with correct php settings.
    I think something is wrong on your side.

    If i try to use wordpress importer insted of you theme setup i obatain the following error:
    Sorry, there has been an error. The file does not exist, please try again.

    Hello,

    As I see, you have installed default content. Is your problem solved?
    Make sure that you had activated all required plugins before content import.

    unfortunately not. the demo import doesn’t work. i had to download the image files manually from your site 8theme/royal/import.
    can you please fix the importer, i see online and on the forum that there are a lot of complaints!
