Import footer variant (sample xml) but nothing appear

Hello

With the template classico I try to import the xml file “footer_variant8”.

I use the traditional WordPress admin panel and follow the step :

3. Install the “WordPress” importer from the list.
4. Activate & Run Importer.
5. Upload this file using the form provided on that page “wordpress xml”.
6. You will first be asked to map the authors in this export file to users
on the site. For each author, you may choose to map to an
existing user on the site or to create a new user.
7. WordPress will then import each of the posts, pages, comments, categories, etc.
contained in this file into your site.

the wml was imported successfully but nothing appear in the footer menu, and there is notre in the section “widget” =>”footer area”

Please can you help me ?

Hello,

Footer files are imported in Static Block section of wp-admin panel. Please check it. You need add 8theme-Static Block widget into Footer area in Appearance > Widgets and select your footer block in the widget.
