Import using WP All Import help - by andantesash

I am trying to import a huge database to my site using WP ALL Import, but I am having some issues that the plugin developers said I would need to get in touch with the theme developers as its part of the theme.

1. I am trying to put details from the spreadsheet in to the additional information product tab?

2. I am trying to put details from the spreadsheet in to the custom tab in products (the one that comes built in to Royal Theme)

3. I’m also using Swatches & Photos from WooCommerce (link below) but I can’t get the import to read this either, any suggestions? https://woocommerce.com/products/variation-swatches-and-photos/

Hello,

Sorry for the delay.
The additional information tab is default tab.
Only custom tabs related to our theme. The information of tab title and content save in post meta table, keys – custom_tab1_title, custom_tab1.
