Import wordpress xml files does not work

I get this error when I try to import an xml file:

Import WordPress
Sorry, there has been an error.
The file does not exist, please try again.

#163023 Copied Theme version: 3.2

Hello,

Please read – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#!/installation_upgrade (Requirements for Legenda).
Set memory_limit value to 256M.
