Hello,
I’ve noticed a very serious issue with Stripe and the checkout (the advanced checkout).
We designed the advanced checkout and our client wants to use it for better user experience.
But with that layout, the form of the Stripe plugin for payment is refreshing every time we scroll. There is no way to place order because when entering card details as soon as you scroll the page the details vanish.
The issue has been reported months ago in several tickets : https://www.8theme.com/topic/stripe-form-refreshing-on-scroll-checkout-page/, https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-with-xstore-and-stripe-payments-gateway/, https://www.8theme.com/topic/woocommerce-checkout-stripe-theme-conflict/.
Disabling the advanced layout is not a solution but merely a temporary fix… Can you help fixing that permanently ? It would surely benefit many.
Best regards
