Imported products not displaying properly

Hi,

We have imported 3000+ products in to Woo Commerce. The data has imported properly but some of the custom fields are not showing publicly. Also, the images display properly as thumbnails but when you go in to the product page the images are blown up and cropped.

Can you please advise on what we can do to fix it?

Hi Jack,

Just an FYI. I initially had the product image setting at 600 x 600 cropped – which did not work. I just tried to remove the cropping and regenerate all thumbs and it still did not work.

Hello,

Your original images are too small. You should upload them in higher resolution (approximately 1425px × 1900px).
Please try it.

Ok. thanks. and what about the three custom fields that we have imported? Any idea why they are not showing publicly?

Hi,

Attached is a screen shot. We used All Import to pull in different values and they are in the custom fields section for each product. (Aisle, shelf and unit size). Not sure why they are not showing up publicly.

Hello,

The custom fields aren’t shown with default WordPress theme too. Please check it yourself. You need contact Woocommerce support concerning this issue.
