Importing old users into new site - by scubasteve9

    I have a csv of old customers that I want to import into this theme with the same user/pw login credentials they have. I have a csv of the registered users, where would I import them?

    Actually, it’s not related to our theme.
    Use any plugin you like to import CSV file https://wpmayor.com/best-csv-import-plugins-for-wordpress/

    this doesn’t answer my question. where do I import the users? I don’t see a “Users” category or anything

    Hello,

    Because there is no special area to import users only. It does not work in this way!
    Please, choose the plugin for the CSV import and then follow plugin instructions to import users CSV file. If you have additional questions about this, please, contact either WordPress support or plugin author support. This question is not related to our theme and we provide support for issues related strictly to our theme options. Import of the users to WordPress is not theme option, it’s WordPress area.
