I bought another license of this theme for a new website of a client of mine.
In this case, I was not able to install it completely as done in past.
Please note the hosting service is similar (same provider, similar plane).
This is the problem:
When I try to activate the “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” plugin, required by the theme, the website stops to work and the screen becomes white. I need to remove the plugin folder via FTP to make the website still working.
If I active the debug in wp-config.php, this is the message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ultimate_get_icon_position_json() in /home/bo2kxpip/public_html/wp-content/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/modules/ultimate_buttons.php on line 295
I have already inserted the line to have more memory available in wp-config.php but the problem is still present.
What do I need to do to solve? I wrote to the client service of Brainstorm Force (the maker of the plugin) but they replied to me:

Just to give you a better understanding, generally, the theme author buys an Extended license of the plugin which allows them to bundle it with their theme. However, the theme and our plugin are totally independent products from independent developers.
So – as for your question, I would recommend you get in touch with your theme author who can help you on this.
