Impossible to update xstore template (error message)

When I try to update the theme, it is impossible and the following message occur:

An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

how to solve it? thank’s
