I have downloaded again from envato all files and documentation for xstore theme.
I do unzip and there is a folder XStore_Theme_v.3.5. I upload with ftp in my website ,the plugin XStore Core is updated but my website requires upload the 3.5 xstore theme.

Please inform envato or tell me what to do.

    thanks

Please inform me when the 3.5 version will be available

Is there any chance to update through the admin panel?
It appears the update through admin panel but when I choose it this cannot be selected and it appears the following error
“ An error was appeared during the xstore upload: Unable to install package. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

Should I do something to upload through the admin panel.
Is there any tutorial for this ?

    Hello there,

You can download 3.5 version now on ThemeForest and try to update theme manually if you got the error in admin panel.

    Hi Staff

I am having the same issue as above now trying to update to 3.13. Is this still a thing or has this been solved? If I update manually will I not lose the customisations I have made to the theme? I have the latest WP version.

    Regards

    Hello, @Bronwyn

Very likely you are using Windows hosting. As a rule, Windows hostings give this error during archive installation.

If you update theme manually via FTP you won’t lose customization if it was made in child theme or saved in theme options. But all the changes made in parent theme files will be lost no matter how you update theme via FTP or using autoupdate option because update overwrites theme files.

    Regards
