In mobile menu I only need one main menu how to remove the other which is named as categories

in mobile menu I only need one main menu how to remove the other which is named as categories, let me know how to rename or remove it as in main WordPress menu section I am not getting the information, moreover website is very slow and continuously generating 503 error what are the issues which is causing that.
