    Hello, Chandru,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, Chandru,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Upon review, we have verified that each template on your site has been appropriately assigned to a category https://prnt.sc/SeWNP3CKTDDJ ; there are no templates without a category. Additionally, the conditions for display appear to be correct https://prnt.sc/vK3z4MjRgNWl . Therefore, the issue might be related to a local problem with your browser or its cache.
Please review the screenshots we have provided and try using the Chrome browser. If the problem persists, could you kindly record a video of the issue and send it to us? This will help us better understand and address the problem.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, Chandru,

Thank you for sharing the video with us. You are correct in pointing out the issue; however, it appears to be unrelated to our theme. We have observed that the same problem persists even when switching to another theme, specifically the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront. We will notify our development team about this issue so they can collaborate with Elementor to seek a resolution.
At the moment, we suggest you follow the editing conditions outlined in the attached screenshots https://prnt.sc/XOueXIwVFiGS > https://prnt.sc/g5IqmIrhkNRI > https://prnt.sc/1caNRGnxCuAE

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Hi @Chandru,

On that product category page, we can see only the products:

Please make sure this setting XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce(Shop) > Product Catalog > Category Display > Show products is selected:
