    Hi,

The sliders on my single product page have stopped working. All product images and thumbnails are now visible at full size.

They were working fine since I installed XStore 4 months ago.

I have recently updated the XStore theme to the newest version.

‘Enable slider for gallery thumbnails’ is still selected in E-Commerce>Single Product Page.

Slideshow Revolution 5.2.6 is currently installed. I am prevented from updating to version 5.3.1.5.

    How do we fix this?

    Thanks,
    Anthony

It seems to be a problem in caching plugin configuration. Try to deactivate it or check its configs.

I HAD literally just uploaded the W3 Total Cache plugin. The slider was broken before I added this plugin. I have deactivated this plugin and this problem is persisting. What should I do?

(Also, when content is loading on my website I now see an ∞ symbol. Is there a way to change this graphic?)

So which part of that code snippet is causing the problem? And where has it come from?

    Hi,

Have located the problem. It was some code in my child theme. Problem is fixed, thank you.
