In Shop Sidebar subcategories is not shown properly

Hi,
We use built in theme shop side bar in which we face issue like all categories is show over here but subcategories is not shown in drop down

Kindly Fix This issue as soon as possible i’m waiting here is a link of video in which i show you on click on subcategory it will just drag & drop but not show properly

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then.
