Incompatibility with fancy product designer

Hi,

I installed Xstore and fancy product designer on my wordpress site. When I try to add a personnalized product to my cart, it add 2 product instead of one, and it’s empty. I tried to deactivate “Redux Framework” and it worked well.
I tried to activate another theme (twenty sixteen) with Redux Framework and it worked.

So I think it is a problem with Xstore, Redux Framework and fancy product designer; it as been confirmed by fancy product designer staff.

Could you help me ? I really don’t want to buy another theme …

Hi,

You need to disable “AJAX add to cart for simple products” in Theme Options -> ECommerce -> Single product page.
