    Hello!

I’m trying to show the attributes in a filterable dropdown menu via a widget of the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Navigation plugin. And when I open the dropdown of any of the three filters, the window of the browser just moves itself up / the site isn’t working as expected.

You can see the behaviour here… http://www.protopopescu.ro/demo-adi/site/product-category/furniture/

I’ve disabled anything that’s jquesry / ajax related in the theme’s options, like nice scroll, back button, sticky menu etc, and also the ajax search box, however the behaviour is the same.

I’ve encountered a similar behaviour when using another ajax-based plugin from YITH, the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search, that again is incompatible with your theme.

    So I have two questions:

    1. Can you help me in making your theme compatible with the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Navigation plugin?

    2. How can I completely remove the Ajax Search code from your theme files? I’m pretty sure that the incompatibility is related with the (ajax-based) search code in your theme, that cannot be disabled so easily.

    Thank you again 🙂

    Hello,

We recommend you to use standard Woocommerce widget – Woocommerce Layered Nav Filter to display the attributed in sidebar.
Also you can try disable Ajax filter in Theme Options > Shop > Enable Ajax Filter > Off.

    Thank you.
    Regards,

    Great suggestion!

I was forced to use the YITH Ajax Navigation plugin because the standard Layered Nav filter included in woocommerce didn’t have at first the dropdown option.

Amazed that now I can finally filter with the attributes via a dropdown without the need to install any third party plugins.

Ticket closed, by removing the third party plugin all my issues were solved. Thanks again 🙂
