Hello,
I have done the content reset and demo importation.
The site reports that all items have been imported however when viewing the website, the header is missing as well as menu and some other items.

1. Kindly ensure that your website is running the latest versions of the XStore theme (9.4.5) and the XStore Core plugin (5.4.5). You can refer to the following links for update history and detailed instructions on updating:

2. Additionally, please deactivate either the Elementor Pro plugin or the Pro Elements plugin, as using both simultaneously may cause conflicts.
If the issue persists, we kindly request that you provide us with temporary access to your website’s WordPress admin panel via the private content area. This will allow us to investigate the matter further and assist you more effectively.

I’ve tried to disable the Elementor plugin however this breaks the website. Sent credentials.

To address the issue, we kindly request you to navigate to **XStore Builders > Header Builder via Elementor**. From there, please edit the header template condition and set it to **Entire Site** for one template, then update it accordingly.
Additionally, please ensure that all other header template conditions, except for the **Entire Site** condition, are removed.

Thanks but i need to have the full demo imported before i customize.
Is there a way to get it to work? it’s not only the header but also some other sections on the page not showing up after import.

We have enabled the Header Builder under **XStore > Theme Options**, and the header is now displaying correctly on your site.
You can further customize the header according to your requirements by navigating to **XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder** and publishing your changes.

If you encounter any issues with other sections of the page not displaying correctly after the import, please share screenshots with the specific areas marked. This will help us investigate and assist you more effectively.
