Incorrect display of product categories on the translated version of the site

    Hello. I have a plug-in WPML installed on my site (for translation), the site is planned to work in two languages – English (main) and Ukrainian. The site will have a large number of product categories. To upload product categories to the site, I used the WP All import PRO plug-in with WPML import plugin to match both versions of product categories English and Ukrainian. The problem is that the Ukrainian version of the site displays categories not only in Ukrainian language, but also in English and there are other categories that for unclear reason do not have a parent directories: https://rborod.in/ukr1, https://rborod.in/ukr2). There are no such problems in the English version: https://rborod.in/eng.

    Assist me, please, to figure out what the problem is.

    Hello, @Roland,

    We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme. If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, it will confirm that the issue is not due to our theme and we suggest that you reach out to WPML support for further assistance. If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.
