Incorrect Stock quantity in Fibrosearch and Quick View when using ATUM Multi Inventory

I use ATUM Multi Inventory and the incorrect stock is showing in product quick view and fibro searches.

We have 2 inventories and the search shows the combined stock instead of the stock for the set location. (default location or one set by user) How do I fix this?
