Increase Website Performance and Page Size

How do I make my page size the same as xstore electron 1?
My website has a page size of 5.8 MB and a performance Score of 5
But for your theme the page size is only 1.3 MB and a performance score of 43

What do I need to improve on my website so that the page size and performance score can be better like xstore electron 1?
