Hello,
I recently posted about a similar problem with the customize page loading infinitely (only the rotating circle appears).
Turning off zlib.output_compression in the php.ini file helped, so the menu items are now loaded.
But the Woocommerce -> Wishlist [New] menu item still loads endlessly. There may be other menu items that load infinitely but I would need this.
Have a nice day!
Hello, Trektor,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you provide temporary FTP access?

Dear @Trektor,

Unfortunately, the FTP access you provided is directing us to an empty directory. Could you kindly review the access details and provide us with the correct information at your earliest convenience?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello Jack!
Sorry, the FTP access was pointing to the wrong library, now it’s good.
Have a nice day
Dear @Trektor,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have thoroughly investigated the issue you reported and identified that it occurs in sections where the ‘radio-buttonset’ option is present. Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to find a definitive solution for you. However, as a suggestion, we recommend trying to install demo content on your website. This may help configure the options according to the demo you select.
Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.
Best regards,

Hello Jack!
I noticed this:
If I set the PHP version to 8.1 on the server it works fine, if set to 8.2 or 8.3 it does not work.
Does this help in debugging?
Have a nice day!
Dear @Trektor,
We hope this message finds you well.
It has come to our attention that certain options may not be loading correctly with the latest version of PHP. To ensure optimal performance and avoid potential issues, we kindly suggest continuing to use PHP version 8.1. The differences between the versions are minimal, and it is important to note that some other plugins may also encounter compatibility issues with the latest PHP version.
For these reasons, we recommend sticking with the stable version 8.1 for the time being.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello Jack!
I understand what you’re saying, but with the latest version 9.4.5 see that work is underway to migrate to PHP 8.3.
FIXED: Fixing various compatibility issues with PHP 8.3.
I guess it’s important that all features work in the latest version.
Have a nice day!
