You can edit product description using Elementor and create layout you need for the description section https://prnt.sc/241v3ck

Hello,

You can manually add padding for the every image while you adding that or add the below custom code to Theme Options > Custom CSS
```
.product-extra-content .elementor-tabs .elementor-tab-content img {
    padding: 5px;
}
```
