    It has a popup that opens by default when starting the site.
    How do I delete or change this popup?

    Hello,

    Theme Options > Header builder > delete Newsletter element from the Header content.
    What page builder do you use Elementor or WPBakery? Enable the builder for static blocks. In settings of the Newsletter element, you can find which block you need to edit to change the content of the popup.
