Inked Variations Products – Link Separate Products Together

hello everyone, sorry I’m too stupid…

I understand it up to step 6, but after that I can’t find where and how to do it…..

maybe I haven’t activated something?

How do steps 6 and 7 work?

6. Create a New Linked Variation Group:

– Navigate to the ‘Linked Variations’ or similar section.

– Create a new linked variation group to combine the related products.

7. Set Up Products and Attributes for the Linked Variation:

– Within the linked variation group, add the products you configured.

– Select the attributes that should be linked across these products.

– Ensure that all products and their variations are properly linked based on the selected attributes.

hello,

i really need some help….

see screenshot …I have done everything. But the size of the attribute can not be saved in the backend and it is then of course not available on the product page live…

for both products i have the attributes color and size but defined on the pages…

can you please check what the problem is – thank you very much

Regarding the appearance of variations, we have made some adjustments. Please check and let us know if everything looks as expected.

As for the saving issue, unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the problem on our end. It seems to be related to the encoding of special characters. To resolve this, we kindly ask you to provide us with FTP access so that we can investigate and fix the issue directly on your website.

Hello, thanks for the feedback. What have you changed? Because it is exactly the same as before… the size variant is not there for selection or not visible… Please tell me what you have changed in the variants… because they have them with. The Shopping Product Feed connected and may not simply be renamed…

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Essentially, you don’t need to read on the internet about what FTP is, although you can if you want to. In reality, all you need to do right now is contact your hosting provider with screenshots of our conversation. They will create the necessary FTP access for you upon request.

I have this plugin Advanced File Manager,
you just have to activate it,,, and you have direct access to ftp files

ith this WordPress file manager plugin, you can perform multiple file operations, such as Copy, Paste, Rename, Edit, Delete, Upload, Download, Create an archive (Zip archive), etc., directly from the WordPress dashboard—no need for any cPanel or FTP.

In this case, we specifically require FTP access. The WordPress File Manager plugin is a useful tool for making minor changes. However, if an error occurs, it will be uploaded to the server, which may cause WordPress to stop functioning. As a result, we will not be able to use the plugin to fix the issue.

i try it again…….

there is always an error message, see screen as soon as i try to select a attribute

and an image is displayed for size…. for color it makes sense,
but for size it should only show the size …

Maybe you can adjust it in the code so that no image is displayed with the attribute size “größe”— but only the product attribute like 38-45 EU appears ? :/ Sorry but otherwise it doesn’t work

We have removed the image for “Größe.” However, it seems that the notice is triggered by a third-party plugin. Since your website is functioning properly, we would need your permission to temporarily disable the plugins in order to identify which one is causing the issue.
