    Hey there. I’ve installed your theme on this domain – https://hayouhi.am/ and now I’m trying to customize and launch the website. I have a couple of questions. Please help me.

    1. How can I customize this banner? Where to find it? – https://ibb.co/x1MWhpP
    2. I want two languages on my website with a language switcher. Is the WPML plugin a paid plugin or can we use it? How can I do the translations?
    3. What payment gateway does the theme support and can I add a custom one to enable card payments?

    1/ Please go to Theme Options > Header Builder> Promo text.

    2/ If you want to create a multilanguage site you need a special plugin for these purposes https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ Support of the plugin should guide you. The plugin will give a language switcher widget also.
    WPML is paid, https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/

    3/ Payment gateways are WooCommerce plugin settings, here you can find list of core payment gateways https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/sell-products/core-payment-options/
    There are also additional plugins to implement other gateways. Our theme will support any payment gateway plugin if it’s fully compatible with the WooCommerce and works fine with the default WooCommerce theme.

    Thanks and here I some new questions that I have. Please help 🙂

    1. How to change the color of the footer. I think it’s on footer styling settings but when I change the color and click “Publish”, nothing changes.
    2. How to change the text of the top header? Like, Call us now, Newsletter, Track order, etc?
    3. How to change the text of the Copyrights section? This part – Copyright © 2021 XStore Theme. Created by 8theme – Premium WooCommerce Themes.
    4. There is no “Sign up” button on my website. I ONLY HAVE THE SIGN-IN OPTION when I click on the My Account icon. How to add sign-up and social logins?
    5. I have created the main menu but I can’t link to the respective categories. For example, after the Home section, I want Skincare which will lead to the skincare category. Next, I want jewelry on the menu that will lead to the jewelry category. Is it possible?     1. If you would like to change the Footer color, please navigate to WordPress dashboard > Appearance > Widget > Footer column 1 > 8theme- static block > See block name and then go to Static blocks > edit particular Footer block with page builder and select color as per your requirement and update it.

    2. If you would like to change the text of the top header widgets, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header builder > Top header > edit widget settings as per your requirements and Publish it.

    3. If you would like to change the text of the Copyrights section in the footer, please go to Static block > Edit footer block > There you have to change the text as per your requirements.

    In order to create the Main Menu dropdown structure as you described, please navigate to Appearance >> Menu >> Main Menu and add the product categories as per your requirements.

    We have also captured a video for you on your site. Please watch it completely and follow the steps shown in it for the rest of the Menu. The video can be found and watched under the private content area of this topic.

    5. The heading “Best Seller” is just a heading, however, the element used to display the products is the “Products” element, which you can see in the attached screenshot. You can customize the product types to be displayed in the query by editing the product element, as shown in the second screenshot.

    1. In order to change the color of the “back to top” button, We kindly ask that you copy and paste the following CSS code into Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.

    Thanks, all worked apart from the newsletter section. It seems I’m unable to make it smaller so it appears neatly under social media icons :/ Any solution?

    1. a. We have successfully debugged the issue and provided a comprehensive explanation of how to configure it or where it has been configured. If the newsletter is not displaying correctly, we recommend creating a new form as desired and then selecting it for display.

    1. b. This is the menu sidebar of the My Account page, which has been generated by WooCommerce. Therefore, our theme does not have any influence on it.

    If you would like to remove certain items from the menu sidebar, you will need to use custom CSS. Please let us know which items you would like to remove, and we will provide you with the necessary custom CSS.

    If you would like to change the color of the items, please provide us with a screenshot so that we can provide you with the custom CSS to do so.

    2. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the strings/text which are not appearing in Loco Translate so that we can further investigate and provide assistance?

    1,2,3. We recommend that you do not use multiple language plugins on your site as they may conflict with one another. If you wish to use your site in multiple languages, we suggest using the Polylang plugin. We advise against using the Loco Translate plugin.

    We suggest that you try to translate your site again from scratch by following the particular plugin documentation.

    4. If you would like to change the color of the background of the “Quick view” button, please copy and paste the CSS code provided below into Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.

    We would like to explain how to make the size guide appear on specific categories only. To do this, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder. Then, click on “Multiple Templates” and create new templates and assign the condition to apply the template to the particular category.
