We would like to express our gratitude in advance for your collaboration. We have opened this ticket to address the following inquiries. We trust in being able to rely on your detailed support to efficiently resolve any issues, questions, or conflicts related to the configuration, usage, and optimization of our website developed with your technology.
We want to know if we have any options to add features related to each purchase, such as the estimated shipping time of a default shipping method that we can set. As well as being able to add, in a static and well-adapted way to our template, additional information such as (product trial days) and also the product warranty period. Please let us know if by default we can have these options with the template to be able to use it effectively.
If possible, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide a video demonstration. This would greatly simplify the process.
We will be attentive to your response, and if it is necessary to provide additional details, please do not hesitate to inform us to include them in this matter.

1/ We are pleased to inform you that XStore includes a functionality known as “Estimated Delivery,” which enables you to showcase the anticipated delivery date on the single product page of your website. Should you prefer a solution that more closely aligns with your specific needs, you are welcome to consider the use of a third-party plugin. Please be advised that the implementation of third-party plugins is to be undertaken at your discretion and responsibility.
2/ We would like to inform you that it is possible to include Additional Information, such as Product Trial Days and Warranty Period, on each single product page. This can be accomplished by navigating to Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder within your site’s administrative panel.
