I am reaching out regarding a recent purchase we made on March 30, 2024, for the XStore theme.
According to the product description at the time of purchase, it was mentioned that the theme includes several premium plugins as part of the package and that there would be no need for us to purchase separate licenses for these plugins. This aspect was one of the key factors in our decision to select this theme for our project.
However, upon installation and setup of the theme, we encountered an issue where four of the included premium plugins are requesting license activations.
The plugins in question are:
WooCommerce PDF Invoice
Subscriptio
WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts
Robin Image Optimizer
We understand that there might be an oversight or a specific procedure to activate these licenses as part of our theme purchase. Therefore, we kindly request your guidance on how we can activate these premium plugins without the need for additional purchases. If specific license keys are required, could you please provide them or advise on the next steps to resolve this matter?
Our goal is to ensure the full functionality of the theme as intended and to proceed with the development of our project without any delays. Your prompt assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
