Instagram API Question regarding developer console

    I build sites for clients and the old method of connecting to Instagram no longer works. I’ve reviewed the documentation for the new connection method with the developer API. I just have a quick question. Do I need to login to FB developer console as myself, or the client (where the Instagram account is)?
