Hello,
I try to re-generate a token for Instagram feed, because it loses connection every 2-3 months (Is there any permanent solution?). But now the Authorization app has problem.
I tried “Add account” and “Manually add account”, both give the same errors.
When I click Business, there is the following error message from Facebook:
“The application is not active
This app cannot be accessed at this time and the developer is aware of this issue. You will be able to sign in when the app is reactivated.”
When I click Personal, I login in Instagram and there is the following error:
{“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}
Can you check it?
I have updated theme and core to the latest versions.
I deleted the old token.
I have tried it via Chrome and Firefox.
Thanks
Hello,
1/ “it loses connection every 2-3 months (Is there any permanent solution?)” – it is how Instagram works, we can’t change it, even on our demos, we should manually re-connect the Instagram account from time to time.
2/ Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Regards
Here are the credentials:

Same error here! Seems to have something to do with the new Meta Developers update. Awaiting reply!
