In the website it displays the following message: Error: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
The user doesn’t change the password at all. I don’t get it

Something was changed in the FB setting of your account. Go to XStore > Authorization APIs > remove the existing key and generate it again. After that edit your Instagram element and choose the newly added account.
