Instagram error - by jonathan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi! It says Error: Error validating access token: Session has expired on Monday, 30-Aug-21 08:17:38 PDT. The current time is Tuesday, 28-Sep-21 06:46:03 PDT.
    Nobody change anything on instagram, neither the password or user.

    Just remove the old token and generate the new one. Choose the Instagram user in the Instagram element settings.

    Hello,

    Long-lived tokens are valid for 60 days and it was not updated, so it expired. You need to go to XStore > Authorization API > remove the expired token and generate the new. Choose the Instagram user in the Instagram element settings after that.

    I checked your Dashboard and don’t see any token there https://prnt.sc/1tz3fux
    Click Add account button > choose the business type and log in to your FB to allow token generation.

    I told you to choose the business type https://prnt.sc/1tz6kia instead of personal because your Instagram account is not personal, it’s a business account!
