Instagram – Error: There is no media to show

Provide us with WP Dashboard adn FTP access to your site, please.
Did you choose the Business while adding account https://prnt.sc/D_tvjvIIGYFt ? Because if your Insta account type is business you should not choose the Personal one in these settings, only the business one.
So, remove existing tokens and choose the Business type while generating tocken.

? Or temporary share your access to check the issue in more detail. Because looks like there are some problems with the user permissions but we don’t understand where exactly and need to check the settings that you have.

So, don’t understand why you don’t get that.
Probably something is wrong with the permissions of your user or something.

That’s really strange because I get the Business type of token while generating that. Don’t understand why you get nothing.
Could you follow this link and choose the Business type and generate token https://www.8theme.com/new-instagram-api/
Could you add that token manually here https://prnt.sc/-C6P4qCrM4Zm , click the refresh Instagram button and check if you get images after that?

Could you, please, go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings (https://www.facebook.com/help/405094243235242) and click on the ‘Business Integrations’ section on the left side. Once there, you should see the 8theme logo – XStore Graph API . Click ‘View and Edit.’ Provide us with video or screenshots of the permissions you have there, please.

From the error logs, we see that something is wrong with your user permissions. Could you, please, try to remove the tokens and try to generate them again? We’ll try to check which one is missing.
