    Hello,

    I see that you connected your Instagram account as personal. Try to remove the existing token and connect like a business account type, please. Check after that.
    Also, Hashtag – is only for a business account.

    I have an Instagram Business account. And Business selected. But when linking xstore will change this to PERSONAL.

    Hello I have tried it 3x. Facebook says the connection was successful. But xStore does not show any connections.

    ? Or temporary share your access to check the issue in more detail. Because looks like there are some problems with the user permissions but we don’t understand where exactly and need to check the settings that you have.

    Hello,

    Go to Users > People > send us an invitation first. After that, you should be able to add us to the list of Instagram Accounts.

    Because I removed my access to the page and token and you will need to remove my account. You need to generate your own token because I won’t manage your Insta in the future.

    I have now managed to do it. I thank you for the joint solution search and time you have taken for me. I had to select Personal instead of Business, but then it worked.
