    Hello,

I got an two issues, not sure for how long they are present but worked before fine – I realized just today.

    1) Instagram feed doesn’t work despite API access token is set up and worked without issues before. It just seems to be loading Any idea what to check?

    2) in shop, quick view window scale is a bit weird on PC, Before I was able to fully see product info, now it doesn’t display full content but looks like just cut – but yes you can scroll down. However on big monitor it looks odd, as quick view could display full content.

    Can you please advise? Thanks.

    Hello,

    1) Do you use any CDN or server cache? Could you, please, clear CDN cache. We did some changes but don’t see that they apply.

    2) Check now.

    Regards

    Hello,

We use only w3 total cache. We used CDN in past but it is disabled and not longer used.

Did you just disabled our total cache now?

Also. maybe good to mention that yesterday we updated PHP to 7.4 as seen xstore was giving us warning it is required. Instagram feed and quick view was behaving same on version 7.3 and 7.4.

However we just observer our online payments with credit card plugin were failing so had to downgrade now back to 7.3.

What we should expect not working from xstore if we run PHP version 7.3 please?

Update: on our sub test domain, instagram feed works fine with older xstore version 8.0.9 and wocommerce 5.8.0

    Hello,

No, PHP version is not the reason of the issue. We made changes in xstor/js/etheme-scripts.min.js but browser displays the old file. So, it means that you have any server cache.
Contact your hosting provider and clarify this moment. You need to clear xstor/js/etheme-scripts.min.js file from the server or CDN cache.

Thanks Olga, so far i know there is http cache which cache .js on hosting site but that should cache only for 10 minutes.

I reached out to them now to see if there is some other server cache which can influence this.

I tried also remove instagram API on web and add it back again, but did not helped either.

I will let you know once i have answer from webhosting provider.

    Hello Olga,

They disabled that http cache option I mentioned that should cache only 10 minutes and instagram feed works now! I will clarify with them how it works 🙂

Any advise about my original point 2) please? Can I somehow adjust size of that window?

    2) in shop, quick view window scale is a bit weird on PC, Before I was able to fully see product info, now it doesn’t display full content but looks like just cut – but yes you can scroll down. However on big monitor it looks odd, as quick view could display full content.

    Cheers,
    Tomas

    Hello,

    1) Glad to hear that you were able to clear the cache.
    2) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop elements > Quick View > set the QV height according to your needs https://prnt.sc/22shq72 I found that these values were removed, not sure why.
