Instagram feed not loading / error message

    Good day dear theme8 Theme.

    I have a small problem since the update. Namely, my Instagram feed no longer loads. How can I fix this?

    Hello,

    Go to XStore > Authorization APIs > remove the existing Instagram key and add that again. After that edit page > Instagram element and select the Instagram account. Save changes and check after that. It looks the existing token just expired.

    Hello,

    You need to select the user in the settings of the Instagram element. Please provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access, so we can guide you.

    Hello,

    Please clear cache and check now.
    (Static blocks > Instagram – marseille03 > edit using Elementor > Instagram element settings > select user).

    It still doesn’t work, just like back then, it didn’t work. It took a long time until it finally worked.
