8theme widget doesn´t work. I replaced de wp-instagram-widget.php file in xstore/framework/ folder but didn´t work….

Hello,

We’ve sent wp-instagram-widget.php file to your registration emails.
You need to replace this file in xstore/framework/widgets/ folder via FTP.

Any other idea? i´ve this working in other websites i manage. I have all configured exactly the same way in this and can´t get this to work fine.

Hello,

Looks like your FTP access and wp-admin access for 2 different sites. We’ve installed WP File Manager plugin and replaced wp-instagram-widget.php file via admin panel. Please check result https://prnt.sc/itskd9
