Instagram 'shop now' option - by Giles

Hi, do you know if it’s possible to do something like this https://prnt.sc/trmjoo

So when you hover over a instagram image, it says ‘shop now’ and then it takes you to that product page. This is the site i took the screen shot from https://www.moltonbrown.co.uk/

I thought i’d ask you first in case there’s something in the theme that might do this.

If you have any ideas, let me know.
