Quiero saber si hay algun tutorial para instalar el theme sobre una web ya creada con productos.- I want to know if there is any tutorial to install the theme on a website already created with products.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

Please go to Appearance > Themes > Add new theme > Install XStore and XStore child themes downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ Register theme in XStore > Welcome panel using your purchase code.
Then install XStore Core plugin.

In case you want to import a full demo version, we would recommend you to do this on a staging site first (full copy of the live site).

I have installed the theme and I get this problem anywhere where the products should appear.
I attach images of what it looks like when this inside Elementor and how it looks on the page

Hello Elgaroe,

It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show some unclosed tags caused the problem. Keep the Show Excerpt option disabled or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.

I sent you a video where you can see that with the theme that is active now it works well, when you activate Xstore it starts to fail, when I enter Elementor it looks good but then on the page it doesn’t look good. When I activate the old theme again it works again.
