Install demo error version_info is not insalled

Hello i have a probelm while installing demo
the error is version_info is not insalled
can you please help?
i have check and all the Server Requirements are ok,
i am waiting for your reply

To assist you in resolving this issue, we kindly request access to your wp-admin. We will attempt to perform the import on your behalf. Could you please let us know your preference between WPBakery and Elementor? And also let us know which Demo version you want to import on your site.

To grant us wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with an administrator role via the Dashboard. Please provide us with the URL and username and password through the Private Content area.
