Install plugins and import demo failed - by Yohance L

    1. Plugins installation from “Plugins Installer” failed with tips:
    Oops it looks something went wrong. Please check your system requirements first. In case it will happened again, please, contact us 8theme.com
    2. So I installed xstore core manually, but it’s always loading after I click demo’s IMPORT button, no installation guide window shows.

    Thanks for contacting us.
    1) In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here -https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
    2) Please check this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-cant-install-demo/ ,
    and try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
