Hello, I was told to post on this forum by someone from your support team (His name is Riffaz) so you can Install the Royal theme for me because I’m having a lot of difficulties trying to install it. Also said, you can contact my host (GoDaddy) on my behalf. Can you install the ‘Minimalistic’ demo for me.

Hello,

Please describe in details difficulties that you faced. Make sure that you checked all the server requirements before the installation – http://prntscr.com/ic8g3t
Also, provide wp-admin and FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password, not Cpanel) + your purchase code in Private content.

I checked in with GoDaddy, I have all the server requirements.

I see there’s an admin-ajax.php error involved when it’s trying to import the dummy content it fails

Im guessing you cant install the theme yourself. I’ll just like a refund for the 2 themes i purchased off you

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering. It was related to the weekend.
We have installed theme and demo content.
I suppose your issue was related to PHP Memory limit http://prntscr.com/idjud9 Once we changed the limit in wp-config everything works fine.

We have installed the latest WC plugin that’s why we also installed the pre-release version of the theme that is compatible with WC 3.3.1, if you would not mind.

Could you tell me how you changed it because I’ve got another theme from you called Xstore which I need to install on another domain but had the same installation problems

Hello,

Edit your wp-config.php file
Add this to the very bottom, right before the line that says, “Happy Blogging”:
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
Or create topic on XStore support forum, provide admin panel and FTP access to your site and we’ll help you with the installation.
