Today I purchased Royal theme and I have been trying to install it since morning but it uploads up to 99% and then gives an error every single time!! Please help me install it.

Ask your hosting provider support for FTP credentials to be able to connect to your FTP account to see site files and send the login details to us.

I’ve installed required plugins and theme but can’t install demo data content due to hosting server restrictions. Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
– memory_limit to 128M;
– post_max_size to 64M;
– upload_max_filesize to 64M.

I just checked my dashboard and I purchased the visual composer license as well. Thanks a bunch! 😀 From where can I change my theme template to “Creative” ?

At first the required PHP settings must be set, after that you can install a template.
Have your hosting provider already changed the values?

Their message means they can’t change the values for you.
Tell them that it’s required to install demo data content of the theme.
Let them change settings temporarily and when we install demo data they will switch previous settings back.

Sorry, but demo data can’t be installed via FTP.
It can be imported via xml file in WP Dashboard > Tools > Import. Are you using free hosting?
If so we recommend you to move to better hosting provider where PHP settings may be changed, please refer to our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (“1.3 Requirements for Royal”) where theme requirements are mentioned.

I did check the site. And since I don’t need this content, if it gets lost, there is nothing to worry about right?
So jack which web host do you suggest for this theme as it is very big because if I get migrated to any new host and again if the space is less than required then it will be a problem again?
If I need to know anything else or communicate with my current host before the migration please do let me know.

You were asked to increase some PHP settings on your hosting server temporarily as there was a problem with automatic demo data installation. But as we created demo content on your site manually and it works fine you can stay with the current hosting provider. However note it’s good practice to create full site backup including database before any hosting migrate process or critical updates.

Sorry I am bothering you a lot but I am a total illiterate when it comes to technical stuff.
And would you please guide me how to create a full backup of site including every type of data because recently a friend of mine lost everything on his site due to some technical glitch and he had to do it all over again.
