X Store Core plugin fails to install.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

When I try to import a demo store I get the following message:

Please, give our user admin permissions to allow us to check theme, plugins and help you with the demo content installation.

Tell me what demo would you like to install and what page builder (Elementor or WPBakery) do you prefer?

Hi I have moved the site to a new address, and updated user privileages.

This is happening when I try and update the theme.

Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) :

I’ve already deactivated it, and reinstalled the version from Themeforest. I’ve cleared the cache, etc.

I’ve basically followed the advice given previously for this issue but it’s persisting.

Please Help.

The demo theme I’m trying to install is the Default.

Hello,

Go to Dashboard > Updates > click on the Check again button and then try to install/update XStore Core plugin.
I don’t see other topics, just this one. And 2 replies from you.
So, if you need help with the demo content installation from our side provide correct WP Dashboard access to your site.
