Installation issues - by jkilgore55 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I Installed your theme and got a slew of errors.
    When I tried to install the demo data, I got a slew of errors.

    I have a skeleton installation and have no idea why.

    I have wordpress and the theme installed in a sub directory would that make a difference?
    SHould I uninstall wordpress and reinstall?

    We’re unable to get access to your site. Please check provided url. Also please provide us with wp-admin credentials as well.

    I tried installing into a different domain.. the installation went ok.. but when I tried to import the demo data.. I got this.. error page

    So it was closer…
    On my initial installation.. should I totally un-install wp to make sure all files are deleted? or do I just need to delete all folders under IDStore and re-install?

    any idea how to get rid of the above errors??

    Hello,

    As we can see you didn’t install WooCommerce plugin. Please install it. https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/#!/installation

    That resolves the one installation issue… but not the INITIAL installation issue…
    as seen below…. and this is where I really need this theme loaded….

    error - initial install...

    What do I need to do to get this theme properly loaded here?
    You never said.. so I uninstall WordPress? or will removing the IDStore folder after uninstall of the theme be sufficient?

    This is on a GoDaddy hosting account – in case that matters??

    if you go to http://www.jaekdesign-web.com/LockedNLoaded/ something did not install properly..

    Could you PLEASE help me get this installed properly?
    I have installed the woocommerce plugin.
    I’m not sure If I should uninstall the theme and start over or not…

    Please let em know what other information you need.

    I would LIKE to get the demo data loaded if possible…

    I have no idea what happened upon installation .. I got the following errors.

    Now the credentials are correct. Thank you.
    I’ve installed demo pages of the theme and Woocommerce plugin.
    Please check your site now and clear browser cache before.

    What did you do to resolve the issues? Just curious in case I run into the problem again..
