    Your site can’t be accessed. There is an error “Server not found”.
    Please check if you spelled site name correctly.
    Also please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Is the second time that you tell me that you cannot access my web site. Is very strange, I spoke with my server domain provider and ask me to give us your ip to check for what reason you cannot access my site.
    Also I would like to complain with your update how is possible to make new update before to check that is working. I saw here in forum many persons with the same issue. I am luck that website is not active yet to sell thinks but can you realize how serious problem could be if the site is active and sell products???? Also I have inside some plugins Visual composer and Slider that I cannot update. About these plugins I have to pay extra money?? This plugins are very old version maybe are not compatible with your last update???

    For the moment I requested from my domain provider to reverse my site with the last back up that I did today the morning before Legenda theme update.

    They fixed my website without to load backup so my support from domain saw in log file this error
    [12-Dec-2014 09:32:52 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_column_offset_class_merge() in /home/jeweller/public_html/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/vc.php on line 1172
    so he went in this line 1172 of file vc.php and he converted in //

    Please give answers about plugins Visual composer and Slider

    After updated to theme ver 2.5, banner > Vertical text centering not work with enable. please check.

    Beside I found other error message:
    Notice: Undefined variable: font_color in D:\…\themes\legenda\framework\vc.php on line 1239

    How can I fixed this?

    This is not an error, just a notice. Do you have debug enabled in wp-config.php file?

    We are using template v2.4. WordPress wants to update to 4.1.
    ARe there any promblems if I want to do this?

    We recommend you to keep all templates updated. So please update the theme to 2.5 version too.
    Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database!

    Hi,

    Adding css to home page worked and product category is now hidden. However when I use the same code on ‘shop by’ page it doesnt work:.product .products-page-cats{display:none;}

    Please suggest the correct way to achieve it? Thank you!

    Hello again,

    Few days back I got email update on new theme.

    How should I update the new theme? Should I download complete with documentation or should i select option ‘installable WordPress file only”, should I upload this as new theme? I am worried will my last change disappear? Please guide.

    Hello explorework,

    If you want not to lose all the changes first you need transfer all changes from main theme to custom.css file or Child Theme and then you can update theme. About Child Theme you can read here: http://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/child_theme

    Hey! Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

    I’m having trouble with my visual Composer, it seems not to allow me to make any changes unless in the classic mode, which I’m not very good at html sooo, I need serious help.

    When I am able to change or update info on my site, for some reason it at times changes something else which is very frustrating to say the least.

    HELP!

    As I see you use old version of the theme. Please update to the latest.
    Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

    Hello @explorework,

    To make “Add to cart” button work for Pricing Tables you need add a link for this button.
    To make a product be added into the cart you need add the link http://makeinindiadigital.com/?add-to-cart=19057 for the button (edit this code <li><a href="#" class="button">Add to Cart</a></li> and replace # with the correct link), where 19057 is the product id which needs to be added.
    Product ID can be found in Products

    It is not possible to update the theme from the backoffice /wordpress.
    I will get a error. I don’t use FTP, but hosting it on http://www.flexwebhosting.nl .

    Can you help me?

    The theme has been updated as well as Revolution Slider and Visual Composer plugins. Also you need update Woocommerce plugin.
