Hi,
I tried to update from Legenda 2.4.1 to 2.5. After upload my opening side was completely missing…. Others seemed quite OK, but I immediately put back my backup of 2.4.1.
What can be the problem.
Happy New Year.
Regards,
Fedor
Hello @Flexibilis,
Thank you for congratulations.
Happy New Year to you too.
The problem may be caused you have old versions of Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins.
What versions are you using? We can send new ones to your email address if you provide us with it or we’ll update the plugins for you ourselves, just give us access to wp-admin panel and FTP.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Be sure to update js_composer with the one you download with the theme update. That will solve the problem of missing parts of website.
I had the same problem and this fixed it. I updated Visual Composer as well manually but the content appeared only when I updated js_composer.
I have a problem on my website, during one of updates problem emerged. All icons are gone, from arrows on slider, little hearts and stuff on the top for registration on shop to social icons.
I haven’t taken care of website for some time, all I did was updating everything. Now I started reconstructing it so I want to solve all the problems.
Thank you.

Hello Eva
Please check detail on private content.
Best Regards
Tom
Thank you Eva. All icons appeared to be there.
What about Woocommerce error, outdated files and some report about what was the problem with icons?
Thank you
Hello @Mijat,
The problem with icons was caused by site urls. Perhaps you moved site to other domains. I’ve fixed the issue in .htaccess file as described here: http://454media.com/cross-origin-resource-sharing-cors-fix/
Concerning the outdated files you shouldn’t worry as this won’t affect your site work. We are using modified files from Woocommerce in the theme, that’s why after Woocommerce update some files may be of different versions. But it won’t cause any problems.
Thank you.

Hi Eva
any news of my problems? #32561
thanks
Tom
Hello @hcMtom,
1. I’ve centered the text on the banner on Register page.
Please check.
2. The problem is caused by empty sub items you’ve added to the menu.
You need remove them and mobile menu will start working.
Thank you.

2) thank you

Tom
Hello @hcMtom,
You can add this code in custom.css file:
.banner.banner-font-dark .banner-content {
margin-top: 70px !important;
}
Please try it.
Thank you.

Hello @Mijat,
Please add this code in custom.css file:
.white-popup-block {
background: no-repeat scroll 0% 0% / cover #FFF !important;
}
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial.

Hi!
I have trouble installing the template. The standard solutions mentioned at Envato and this forum did not help for me. This is the problem:
When I install the Legenda theme by uploading it via the admin panel, after updating the theme I clicked in activate and everything turns writte and doesn´t work any more. The URL is:
http://www.——.com/wp-admin/themes.php?activated=true
When I upload the theme via FTP, following the steps, happens the same problem. I clicked in activate and everything turns writte and doesn´t work any more. The URL is:
http://www.——.com/wp-admin/themes.php?activated=true
I tried both ways several times. The first time without any plugin installed, the second time with woocommerce installed. Both give the same errors.
I read on Envato that server memory might be a problem, but as it has plenty, it shouldn’t be a problem.
Thanks in advance for helping me out!

Hello,
My Portfolio Function doesn’t work, you can’t see the details of my portfolio when you click on a link. Nor does the Visual Composer work properly please I’d love some assistance with this. My wordpress is up to date and I thought my theme had been updated as well.
Looking forward to your response. Thank you!
Hello @LindaMendible,
The problem was caused by permalinks settings. I’ve changed them in Settings > Permalinks. Please check your projects links now and clear browser cache before.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.

Could you please help me? Let me know if you need FTP or admin access.
